This has to be the Rolls Royce of climbing frames/ swings. I highly recommend you pay for the fitters as it comes in so many pieces and not pre drilled. It took 2 days to assemble by top class joiners. The quality is top class and looks very substantial. My grand children love it. It’s the best thing I’ve bought in years. Don’t even think of looking elsewhere when you have jungle gym, this is simply the best.

Great product and service.

Fantastic quality climate frame set which my son loves. The finished product looks amazing and the wood means it blends it much better with the garden than plastic/metal frames would. That said, I ordered it when the option to have someone assemble it wasn’t available and it took several days, a lot of drilling (over 500 screws had to be drilled into place with very specific measurements) and a lot of patience. Unless you know what you’re doing I suggest finding a handyman to so the hard work. But the finished frame was worth it. Also a speedy delivery and good communication, the delivery person was very helpful and friendly, took the whole set of items on a trolley into the back garden and offloaded everything very quickly.

I was a bit nervous having read some of these reviews after we ordered but I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered beginning of March and after one failed delivery, it arrived as planned on the 2nd confirmed date. We booked the Assembly service with JG and were lucky to have that booked immediately the day after delivery. The gentleman who assembled it arrived early, was pleasant and very friendly (even with my 2 girls shouting “is it ready yet!?” at every opportunity!) We do have one missing part (picnic module) which the assembly man will return to fit and finish off. But as it is - the item is ready to play with and the children couldn’t be happier. The item itself is well made, sturdy, and of high quality. Re contacting JG - At the time of ordering their phone lines were switched off so I couldn’t actually call anyone to talk to which was a bit worrying but their online chat system was as helpful as they could be - and when I emailed JG they replied to my emails in a timely manner.

delighted with the product. took time to put together but what do you expect! all bits arrived as required, delivery was really quick and while some cutting was needed it wasn't much. Tools needed to do the job would be a good saw (ideally a chop saw) a good screw gun and a torque wrench (basic standard will do) and a tape measure. can be done by one person easily enough
